2nd Generation - Warren Orange - 1921 - 1965

 

Warren Turner Orange (403-10-1994) married Fritzie (Frances) Margaret Ilgenfritz around 1950 in Franklin County Kentucky and had Jerry Louis Orange on March 6, 195X in Louisville Ky. I have still not determined their place of marriage or the exact date. Fritzie's parents were Alfred C. Ilgenfritz and Pearl Ellen Miller, married August 12, 1908 in Hammond, In. Alfred's parents were Charles and Ida M. Lock married Dec. 16, 1883. Frederick B. Ilgenfritz served in the Revolutionary War and many of descendants are listed in the DAR.  Warren was married previously and had a son named Ronald Orange.

Warren Orange was born in Russellville, Ky on October 31, 1921.  Fritzie Orange was born on March 3, 1920 in Kokomo, IN. The are buried in the Russellville, KY cemetery.

Warren Orange served in World War II.  Warren only attended school until the 8th grade.  At that time he started working for Owen in the fruit trucking business.  He later became an executive for Walgreen's.  He was Manager for all the fountain business in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee Walgreen Stores and had an office in Louisville, Ky.  He died Feb. 26, 1965 of a Heart Attack while he was working in Cincinnati, OH.

Fritzie Orange died in Port Charlotte, FL on September 4, 1985.  She had 2 previous marriages and one after Warren to Jerry Pellum.  She married Delmar Madison in 1938 having two children; Richard and Sonya Madison.
